Terms and Conditions/reservations

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using Livilea app and website.

The https://www.livilea.com website and the Livilea mobile application (the "Service") is operated by Livilea IVS (Danish company number 37849537) located at Alsgade 2, 3. th., 1764 København, Denmark.

Your access to and use of Livilea is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use Livilea.

By accessing or using Livilea you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you can not access Livilea.

Purchases

If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through Livilea you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase.

Currency

All payments are made in Danish kroner (DKK).

Calculator

If you wish to use the calculator you accept that all recipes are guidelines and reservations are made from single color brands related to mixture ratio, other name/number, intensity of pigments, beize/vol etc. Since this is a personal app, Livilea is exempt from any liability.

Accounts / Subscription

When you create an account/subscription with us, you must provide us information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on Livilea. You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access Livilea. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

Subscription payments

Livilea automatically deducts the payment the first day of the next month, the amount corresponding to the subscribtion you chose. And then every first day of the month according to the subscription you have. There is automatically a first time free registration period of the current month before the first payment. If you wish to cancel your subscription. you will have a period of notice during the termination period, however, you must at least terminate the subscription 30 days before the next payment. You must accept the terms and conditions before you can activate the subscription.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to Livilea immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use Livilea will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account yourself, you may simply discontinue using Livilea and delete the app. All your saved information will be deleted with it. If you wish to terminate it permanent, then please contact us for deleting your username, and your account will be deleted permanent.

Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If changes or updates are needed, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. By continuing to access or use our Livile after those changes become effective, you agree to be bound by the new updated terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please simply stop using Livilea.

The information contained in this website and/or app is for general information purposes only. The information is provided by Livilea and while we endeavour to keep the information up to date and correct, we make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the completeness, accuracy, reliability, suitability or availability with respect to the website and/or app or the information, products, services, or related graphics contained on the website for any purpose. Any reliance you place on such information is therefore strictly at your own risk. In no event will we be liable for any loss or damage including without limitation, indirect or consequential loss or damage, or any loss or damage whatsoever arising from loss of data or profits arising out of, or in connection with, the use of this website and/or app. Through this website/app you are able to link to other websites which are not under the control of Livilea. We have no control over the nature, content and availability of those sites. The inclusion of any links does not necessarily imply a recommendation or endorse the views expressed within them. Every effort is made to keep the website and app up and running smoothly. However, Livilea takes no responsibility for, and will not be liable for, the website or app being temporarily unavailable due to technical issues beyond our control.

Payments and cancellations

You will be paying a subscription fee in advance on a monthly basis or some other recurring interval matching your choice of subscription, giving you access to Livilea for a specific time period. Livilea may change the price for the Paid Subscriptions, including recurring subscription fees from time to time and will communicate any price changes to you in advance and, if applicable, how to accept those changes. Price changes will take effect at the start of the next subscription period following the date of the price change. Subject to applicable law, you accept the new price by continuing to use Livilea after the price change takes effect. If you do not agree with a price change, you have the right to reject the change by unsubscribing from the Paid Subscription prior to the price change going into effect. If you register for a Paid Subscription, you may change your mind for any or no reason and receive a full refund of all monies paid within the trial period starting from the day you sign-up for the relevant service in accordance with the following:

  • If you sign up, you agree that the Trial Period for the Paid Subscription for which you are receiving a Trial, ends the last day of the current month you sign up. If you don’t cancel the Paid Subscription before the Trial ends, you lose your right of withdrawal and authorize Livilea to automatically charge you the agreed price each month until you cancel the Paid Subscription.

Renewal and Cancellation

The Paid Subscription will automatically renew at the end of the applicable subscription period, unless you cancel your Paid Subscription before the end of the then-current subscription period. If you wish to cancel your subscription you go to your profile and change it to “free”. The cancellation will take effect the day after the last day of the current subscription period, and you will be downgraded to the Free Service. If you purchased your Paid Subscription through Livilea and you cancel your payment or Paid Subscription and/or terminate any of the Agreements before the end of the current subscription period, we will not refund any subscription fees already paid to us.

Business privacy policy

This privacy policy sets out how Livilea uses and protects any information that you give Livilea when you use this website and/or app. Livilea is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. Should we ask you to provide any information by which you can be identified when using this website or app, then you can be assured that it will only be used in accordance with this privacy statement. Livilea may change this policy from time to time, in order to keep it updated on the webpage or app. You should check this page from time to time to ensure that you are happy with any changes. This policy is effective from 1-2-2018.

What we collect

We may collect the following information:

  • contact information such as an email address
  • demographic information such as country preferences and interests in the hairdresser industry
  • other information relevant to customer surveys to improve the app/website

What we do with the information we gather

We require this information to understand your needs and provide you with a better service, and in particular for the following reasons:

    Internal record keeping.
  • We may use the information to improve our products and services
  • We may periodically send promotional emails about new updates and features, or other information which we think you may find interesting using the email address which you have provided
  • We may use the information to customise the website or app according to your interests

We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.

Our website/app may contain links to other websites of interest. However, once you have used these links to leave our site, you should note that we do not have any control over that other website. Therefore, we cannot be responsible for the protection and privacy of any information which you provide whilst visiting such sites and such sites are not governed by this privacy statement.

Controlling your personal information

You may choose to restrict the collection or use of your personal information in the following ways:

  • whenever you are asked to fill in a form on the website, look for the box that indicate that you do not want the information to be used by anybody for direct marketing purposes, and make sure it’s NOT clicked off.
  • if you have previously agreed to us using your information for direct marketing purposes, you may change your mind at any time by going to settings and un-click the checkbox.

We will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties unless we are required by law to do so. We may use your personal information to send you promotional information about third parties which we think you may find interesting if you tell us that you wish this to happen. If you believe that any information we are holding on you is incorrect or incomplete, please go to settings as soon as possible and correct any information found to be incorrect.
